Suedou takes the opportunity to merge with Mother Eater himself and becomes its new conscience, hoping to merge the Digital and Physical Worlds as one and recreate a world without sadness or misery. After defeating the merged Mother Eater, Aiba, despite suffering from extensive data deterioration and risking a complete collapse of their half-cyber body, Connect Jumps into the Mother Eater in an attempt to rescue Suedou. Suedou, amazed that Aiba would risk their own existence to save him, determines that the universe is better off being allowed to unfold and evolve in its own way rather than be influenced by him, and restores King Drasil, simultaneously erasing himself from history.

Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition, a rerelease of sorts of the game from 2015, packs in the base game with Hacker's Story, an extra expansion set during the events of the main story. Together, the two games account for 80-100 hours of gameplay, far more for those that are looking to complete everything the game has to offer. Both games have something of a laughable presentation of what it means to be a hacker and what a glitch is, which can be a bit distracting at first, but that steadily got easier to ignore as the game went on.

After finding your first Digimon, the group is attacked by a weird digital creature and hurry to log off but your character only barely makes it. This puts them in a strange condition in which their real body doesn't wake up, but their data did log off and has taken corporeal form, giving them the ability to access the network using essentially any electronic device. This catches the eye of detective Kyoko Kuremi, who gives you a hand with your situation in exchange of being her cyber sleuth assistant.

When you find a Digimon through a random encounter, a meter fills up. At 100%, you can utilize that data to materialize that Digimon and add them to your team, although if you get the meter to 200% it comes with improved stats. Once you have that Digimon you can start leveling them up in order to evolve or even devolve them. Both increase their maximum level, which in turn makes it possible to reach higher stats that they might need in order to meet the criteria for certain evolutions. Devolving them is particularly useful since the evolution trees are very expansive and getting a Digimon all the way to their lowest form allows you to go on a completely different evolution path while also being able to inherit the skills the original form had. The games even offer DNA evolution (basically, fusing) and quests to unlock powerful evolutions of Digimon that are part of the story.

At the Future of Digimon panel during Anime Expo 2019, Bandai Namco revealed that Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition would be coming to Nintendo Switch and PC on October 18, 2019.This complete edition includes both the original Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth game as well as Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory, which shows the story of the original game from another side. It is currently unknown if the complete edition will have any exclusive content or feature previously exclusive content.

Even with its shortcomings, Digimon Story: Cybersleuth Complete Edition is still a fun experience overall. With both games taking approximately 50 hours each to complete and 341 Digimon available for the fun and challenging battles, fans of the Digimon franchise will find plenty to enjoy in this port for the Nintendo Switch. 041b061a72
