RECREATIONAL

Tallulah Gorge State Park is renown for the waterfalls that span the gorge and the refreshing swimming hole with a Sliding Rock on the gorge floor. The hike is strenuous (we aren’t kidding!). There is no additional cost for visiting Tallulah Gorge, but you do have to provide your own transportation to and from the park, which is a 20 minute drive from Toccoa Falls College.

LAKE DAYS

Lake Days on Hartwell start after lunch on Tuesday-Thursday and include tubing, water skiing, wake boarding, and knee-boarding with ski instructors on our staff. Lake Days cost $10/person to cover gas (unless your church registers early!). You must sign up in advance for this activity and you must provide your own transportation to and from Stephenson Recreation Area, which is 15 minutes from Toccoa Falls College.

RIVER TUBING

Helen River Tubing offers a two hour river tubing experience down the Chattahoochee River. The adventure showcases the beauty of the Southern Appalachian outdoors within the storybook charm of ‘Georgia’s Alpine Village’.
